Programs for Ambitious Individuals:

Culinary Arts Program:

Full-time, 36-week program to develop your sense and philosophy about food, ingredients, cooking techniques and dining. This program includes our unique Farm to Table Externship.

Pastry Arts Program:

32-week pastry and baking program designed to give you a solid foundation in the pastry arts and prepare you to become a professionally trained pastry assistant.

Pursue Your Culinary Arts Degree:

Have you been considering a career in the culinary arts? It’s time to get cooking on your career through the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts’ Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts. This 60-week program is designed to prepare you for an entry-level role in food service preparation, operation and management. You can learn from industry-experienced instructors who bring culinary applications and techniques to the table, while our Farm To Table® Experience and Industry Externship components allow you to explore your classroom theory and skills further in hands-on settings. This degree program is only offered through our Austin, Texas, campus location.

Auguste Escoffier Schools promote initiatives such as sustainable farming and farm-to-table philosophies that address the intricacies and challenges of sourcing and serving local, seasonal food.
